This easy-to-make chocolate fondant can be made at the last minute for a tea-time, the sweet aferternoon french snack or an impromptu party.
You’ll need classic baking utensils, such as:
- A saucepan and a bowl that fits a double boiler,
- A whisk and a spatula
- A knife and a cutting board for hazelnuts
- A tart pan and baking paper
- That’s it!
Tip: If you have a fine sieve or strainer fine mesh, always remember to sift flours and powders before starting your recipes. If you are used to transfer them into jars, you can do it in advance at that time, so you won’t have to think about it anymore.
- 150g Dark chocolate
- 50g Hazelnuts
- 90g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 90g Sugar
- 30g Flour
- 10g Cocoa powder
A quick and easy preparation, about ten minutes cooking time, there’s no need to get organizeg in advance and the kids will love to giving a hand!
No hazelnuts on hand, you may have some nuts in your kitchen cupboard and it’s just as delicious without it!
