Saturday, 2nd of November 2019 at 1pm, I will present this dessert dedicated to chocolate lovers on the “Pastry Show” stage hosted by Mercotte. Pastry-blogger favorite of the French, she invited for the 25th anniversary edition of the Salon du Chocolat about fifty chefs!
